An email or a sermon?

My dear Partner in the Kingdom of Christ,

 The Apostle Paul would write a letter to his friends, or to the churches he served in... but it became later on a message from God to the believers all over the ages...

I wish this letter/message will bless you, reveal God's truth, and confirms His salvation in your heart.

So, here is a letter/message to a beloved …:

I can see what you need to "know" in order to "attain" the full understanding of the Revelation of God about Himself and His essence, in the Bible.

You said some great things about God, or even about the Trinity…

And I am very happy for you.

Yet, there is “something” missing!

Please, be careful that in Matt 16, IT IS NOT Jesus who revealed or gave the statement about Himself: It is rather Peter who said it!

Not that it is not true.

It is true.

Yet, Peter IS NOT the ultimate source to know WHO Jesus is, although here in Matt 16, his declaration is one of his best declarations, calling Jesus, not just Rabbi, or a great prophet, but the Son of the Living God!

Yes, Jesus told him that the Father had revealed to him who Jesus is, yet, the Father revealed many things about Himself to Peter himself, and to many others, but that doesn’t mean that what they got from Him was the ONLY and ULTIMATE revelation of who Jesus TRULY and ULTIMATELY is.

The Father revealed to John the Baptist great things about Jesus.

God prophesied, that’s revealed, to His prophets in the O.T. many great things about Himself, or about His Revelation of Himself which, or rather Who, was Jesus Christ to come as the Messiah and the Savior of the whole world.

Yet, the ultimate and perfect revelation of Who He is comes from His own mouth in His Word.

We have to gather ALL what was revealed by Him to mankind, not few or one of them, and we have to put them all with what He Himself has said about Himself, in order to understand Who He truly and perfectly is.

In the Gospel of John, we find that the Lord Jesus revealed Himself to about 27-28 people, where He met and talked to in person, face to face, in personal meetings, that’s between Jesus and one or 2 people, beside His speeches to the multitudes and His conversations with the Jews mainly, with the main reason which was to help them grow their faith in Him, in order to discover Who He is.

I will take only one example here, found in John 4, when/where He met with the Samaritan woman,

He planned to go to the right place, at the right time, at the right occasion, in the right setup, in order to meet with the right person, and He decided to save her…

He revealed Himself to her slowly but surely, till the ultimate point…

At the beginning, she saw in him:

-       A man;

-       A Jew;

-       Not a friend to the Samaritans;

-       Person in need;

-       Who is thirsty;

-       Don’t have a rope, a jar, or a bucket;

-       Less than Jacob;

-       Even doubting, or maybe mocking, or only asking, Are you greater than Jacob?

-       Who gave us… (Are you able to give me???)

Here Jesus took her one step further and higher when He declared that He can give her the Eternal, everlasting water of Life!!!… and she said:

-       Give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.

-       She wanted facts, not just words!

Then the Lord brought her to repentance and confession because she was not lawfully married to any man, and that she was a sinner living against the law of God in her lifestyle and relations, living with 5 men before, and even the 6th one was not a true husband…

Here, we find a very interesting point:

We cannot advance in knowing Jesus and His salvation unless we realize our sin and need to confess, repent, and truly show that we don’t want sin in our life, and that He only can save us from it, & its consequences & judgment.

Our name, our people, our denomination, & our forefathers (even if it was Jacob or Israel, the Father of the Jews), etc… mean nothing before God!

WE NEED JESUS as He reveals Himself to us, you and me.

-       Jesus says: Bring your husband!

-       He gently but also directly helps us and reminds us of our “wrong”!

And when He reveals her secret in EXACT numbers: 5 men, and now the 6th one is not your husband (6 men in her life)!!!

-       She discovered and announced: You are a prophet!

-       This is true: yet, this is NOT the ultimate revelation of Jesus (from the Spirit of the Father Who was helping her to discover Who Jesus was, or Who God in the Flesh is).

-       Then, she right away turned to show herself “religious” talking about worship, and “mountains” of worship etc…

-       Then the Lord Jesus brought her to Him, saying first: BELIEVE ME!

Although it may appear like, Trust in me, or, Trust in what I want to tell you,

YET, it is a clear declaration that she needs to BELIEVE HIM…

-       Certainty, Belief, Trust, and Assurance of our salvation comes as our first and most important need:

-       We first need to be saved.

-       To believe in Jesus from all our hearts and beings…

-       He put the faith in God as equal as the faith in Him, to the point that even if we have faith in God: we will NOT be saved unless if we FIRST have faith in Him: John 14: 1, & 6,

-       “Do you believe in God; Believe also in Me!”

-       And, “No one comes to the Father BUT BY or THROUGH ME!”

-       John 17:3, knowing the ONE & True God cannot give us eternal life, UNLESS if we believe in Him (This is eternal Life, to know you “Righteous Father” as the only true God AND to know Jesus Christ whom you sent).

-       So, He declares to the Samaritan woman that she doesn’t know what she is talking about!

-       She doesn’t know who the true God is. &,

-       He declares to her: Himself,

-       He declares to her: Who the Father is; and,

-       He declares to her: that God is the SPIRIT.

So, she needs to believe in God as:

-       the Father,

-       the Truth (that's Himself, Jesus), &

-       the Spirit.

Again:

-       She cannot be saved or accepted by the Father

-       without TWO: the Truth and the Spirit!

-       Can’t you see the Trinity here???

-     You don't need the word "Trinity" in order to see the Trinity:

-     It is HERE! Open your eyes!

-         Open your eyes:

-     In order to know or be accepted by the ONE, you need the SECOND and the THIRD…

-       Not in a decreasing importance, but in equality!

-       You cannot have any one of these THREE alone!

-       Either you have the THREE of them, or none!

-       You have to get them ALL: the THREE OF THEM ALTOGETHER!

-       You cannot be in the Father without the Truth (Jesus) or the Spirit!

-       So, very clearly (for those who open their eyes) we see that He declares to her the Trinity:

-       Again: You need the Son or the Truth (that’s Jesus, who said I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life - John 14:6),

-       And, you need the Spirit (God is Spirit, John 4:24),

-       In order to come and be accepted by the Father.

-       There is EQUALITY in the three of them: Impossible to get one of them without the other.

-       The THREE of them are equally needed in order for us to be saved and accepted by God!

-       You need the Son/Truth and the Spirit in order to be with the Father!

-       Jesus revealed to her that she doesn’t know how to worship the Father or to be accepted by Him!

-       She needs the Son (the Only Way and Truth), and the Spirit (Who is God).

-       God is the Truth. Jesus is the Truth. Jesus is God!

-       God is the Spirit. The Spirit is God.

-       God is the Father. The Father is God.

-       God is the Father, and the Truth (Son), and the Spirit.

-       Not in Arithmetic; but in Mathematics…

-       Or rather, in the Divine Count!

-       ∞ + ∞ + ∞ + = ∞!

-       Father + Son + Spirit = God!

The woman finally discovered and declared: The Mesias (Messiah), the Christ!

And Jesus declared to her: I am HE!

At that very point: SHE GOT SAVED!

-    The eternal light of God in

-    the Face of Jesus entered in her heart, at the

-    Well of Sychar,

Exactly as her forefather Jacob saw:

The Light of salvation which entered in his heart  when he saw

-    the Face of God (Peniel, Gen 32), at

-    the Ford of Jabbok!!!

This is the Only Face of God, Jesus, who appeared from His Eternal Light to and entered in the heart of Saul of Tarsus at the Road to Damascus, in Acts 9…

Of Whom, this same Saul - Paul the Apostle, wrote to the Corinthians: (2 Cor 4:6, … the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

“The glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ”

This is:

-       the Core of our salvation,

-       the State of our Eternity,

-       the Assurance of our Life with God, &,

-       the full Revelation of God to mankind.

Please, look and see the glory of God in the Face of Jesus Christ

The Samaritan Woman left her jar at the well!!!

-       Her only means to draw water, drink, and survive…

-       to quench temporarily her thirst…

-       was her jar…

-       But, now, It doesn’t mean anything for her at all…

-       she forgot it, and left it,

-       because she found the Source of the Eternal Water of Life in Jesus…

She ran to the city telling everybody about Jesus…

And without any delay, the word says that:

Many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did.

… 41 And many more believed because of his own word;

42 And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that

this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world

the Christ, the Saviour of the world

the Christ, the Saviour of the world

the Christ, the Saviour of the world

That’s another declaration about who Jesus was!

Is it too much if I ask you to do the following homework?

I myself did it, so don’t think that I am asking you too much:

Can you put on a paper (or your email message, and send it to me):

How did the 27-28 people in the Gospel of John discover who Jesus was, the same way I showed you in John 4 above?

I told you fast about John the Baptist.

I mentioned to you Jacob/Israel,

And the Apostle Paul…

Do you know that you can apply the same description on every man and woman of God in the Bible, who discovered, or were revealed to, who God/Jesus is?

God revealed to them Who He is, and they discovered and declared His revelations of Himself to them in their own life and words.

What about you?

Will you search,  discover, find, cite and send me how did Paul get ALL the revelations about Who Jesus is???

I know that you know how and what Peter said about what he thinks Jesus is in Matt 16…

But, do you have ALL what Peter said about who Jesus is???

Where?

Well in the Gospels, Book of Acts, AND,

In his 2 epistles (at least…)

Do you know that we can write a huuuuge book if we find and put down Who Jesus is in the Bible as:

-       God/HE revealed who He is, AND,’

-       What is said about Him by others!?

=================================

Here is the full passage, John 4:9-42

(Please, continue reading after the passage)

9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.

10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?

12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?

13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:

14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.

16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.

17 The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband:

18 For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly.

19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.

20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.

21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.

22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.

23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.

26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.

27 And upon this came his disciples, and marvelled that he talked with the woman: yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why talkest thou with her?

28 The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men,

29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ?

30 Then they went out of the city, and came unto him.

31 In the mean while his disciples prayed him, saying, Master, eat.

32 But he said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of.

33 Therefore said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought him ought to eat?

34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.

36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.

37 And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.

38 I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.

39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did.

40 So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they besought him that he would tarry with them: and he abode there two days.

41 And many more believed because of his own word;

42 And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.

=========================================

What the early Fathers of the Church did against Arianism was totally biblical and right.

The Nicene Creed which they concluded and announced was also biblical and right.

The only group(s) who refuse it today are Jehovah-Witness people (who claim to be Christians) as well as a small part of the Eastern Orthodox Church who almost already vanished in the Middle East, and certainly the non-Christians, mainly the Jews and the Muslims.

Trinity is not the only word that doesn't exist in the Bible, and yet, it's very rightly expressive of the truth which lays behind it.

The Bible is not a language dictionary so that it must include all the words and terms in the language.

Same thing for Uqnum, or many other terms which we use today in our language. Although the meanings of the Trinity and Uqnum are well represented in the Bible: but, we need “eyes” to see them.

On another hand: the name Jehovah which is used in the Old Testament over 7000 times: was NEVER mentioned in the New Testament!!!

No matter what speculators think or say, the truth is that ALL the manuscripts of the New Testament (that's over 5000 manuscripts) DOES NOT contain one single use of the name Jehovah in them.

The only reason is that God's name in the New Testament associated with His essence, attributes, and deeds is: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Plus, the name JESUS which is Yaho-Shua or Jehovah-Salvation appears dominantly in the New Testament.

This is a clear proof that the Lord God in the O.T. has revealed Himself clearly and ultimately in the N.T. : as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in His essence, and as Jesus Christ in His revelation of Himself to mankind.

Maybe it is too much for you, but I was delighted and benefited a lot when I read the following study about how Jehovah Witnesses missed and messed in their defense and offense about the name Jehovah in the N. T., according to the following link:

Does God's Name Jehovah belong in the New Testament? (jwfacts.com)

Take the time to read and benefit...

=========================================

My pastor once asked me if I can find 3 verses in the Bible that speaks of or shows the Father, with other 3 verses where the Son is the same, and 3 other verses where the Spirit is the same...

So, I found him 30 verses of each, and I included them in my book which I published in 1992 (in Arabic).

I can include them in my written teachings (here), in our email exchange, for sure.

But I first would like you to know and "be" in "something" which is "MORE needed for you" (I didn't say, more important, but more needed for you), which will undoubtedly help you in receiving the understanding and attaining the meaning of the Trinity in your mind and heart.

This "something" is YOUR Assurance of Eternal Salvation...

No one must leave this world before being 100% sure of their salvation!

Many Muslims (including a Muslim Sheikh or Imam) and Jehovah Witness people read my book, and didn't and couldn't refuse or face the many clear verses and explanations which I included in it... and also, priests from the Catholic and Orthodox churches, and Evangelical pastors, and others (who rejoiced in it, and asked me if they can teach it in their churches)...

But, reading my book DOES NOT make them truly, assuredly and eternally saved...

So, the people who don't want to believe in the Trinity, as revealed in the Old and New Testaments, and which I proved in quoting so many verses in my book, they forgot about my book right away, and they continued on attacking and discrediting the biblical truth and declaration that God is NOT a simple one, like you or me, but that He is a TRIUNE God.

If God is a simple (arithmetic) person, then He is equal to man, to us, humans!

While the Word clearly says that He is not a man, and that we (humans) cannot comprehend Him...

Numbers 23:19, God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Job 11:7-9 7Can you by searching find out God?

Can you find out the Almighty unto perfection?

8He is as high as heaven; what can you do?

Deeper than hell; what can you know?

9The measure thereof (His length measure) is longer than the earth, and broader than the sea.

God is BEYOND our imagination, reason, concept, understanding, counting, and explanations.

He is beyond this universe which is defined by: Time, Space and Matter.

He is beyond the arithmetic numbers.

(I am repeating a recent thought here):

And ONLY because He declared in the Bible that He is ONE in THREE and THREE in ONE, we believe and accept that He is in His Oneness way beyond Arithmetic, so:

- When 1 + 1+ 1 = 3 (not 1) in Arithmetic;

- He is ∞ + ∞ + ∞ + = ∞ or INFINITY in Mathematics.

I can clearly show you from many verses in the Bible where:

- He is ONE;

- He is TWO; &

- He is THREE!

There is no place in the Bible where He is FOUR or more.

So, if He revealed Himself to us how He is in His being, then, we simply need to see, read, accept, and believe Who He is as He says He is.

=========================================

But again, we may read these verses, see this truth, and then, as if we put it on the side, or even forget about it, and go back to our "bulb" not being sure about many things, mainly about our eternal salvation.

I am so very afraid for all my beloved ones, parents, relatives, friends, and church people, because even if they read all the books of the world and get enriched by all the information they may gather: they still need, inside in their inner beings, to be sure of their eternal state and salvation.

They will gain NOTHING at all, even if they declare that they now understand or simply believe and declare that God is a Triune God, but, they are NOT sure of their eternity.

Matthew 16:26 26For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

I finished this sermon today...

Before telling you what that man of God had told my friend Edgard and me on Aug. 11, 1980…

I will tell you…

Homework, please???

See you in church next Sunday... unless if He comes and takes us!

Fady.
