Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews‬ ‭13. 8‬.

Prayer: Jesus Christ, You died so we could be forgiven.

You are my loving Saviour. Without You I can't be saved. Your peace guards me yesterday, today, and forever.

Heavenly Father, You know everything. The future is uncertain for me. While it’s clear for You. I lift up my cares and worries to You. You hold the answers to all the choices I face. I need Your wisdom and extra strength from You. Please give me clarity and the strength to move forward with You. Help me to share the news of Christ’s sacrifice with others. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. 🙏.

Thoughts and Encouragement: A regular fast consists of abstaining from all food and drink except for water. A partial fast consists of abstaining from some particular kind of food. A complete or absolute fast entails no food or liquid of any kind and should only be for a very short period of time. The body can function only three days without water, only with supernatural enablement, (enabled by a miraculous enabling from God). 

For anything longer than three to five days, seek medical advice.

But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6. 17-18‬. Prayer : Jesus, You came to rescue us. You gave Your body and Your blood to be for us the food and drink of new and unending life in You.  Dear Father, You love me when I don’t deserve it. It isn’t easy to forgive and love someone who hurts You. But You give us a second chance. Help me to put my hope in Your fully and not to be troubled by the struggles in this life and to forgive and love others, as You forgive and love for me. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. 🙏.
